Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj.

What is Jangama Dhyana?

Jangama Dhyana is an ancient meditation practice, known to have been performed by the Rishis of India since the Rig Vedic era.

On 7th August 1949, Lord Shiva manifested in the form of a Jangama sage and initiated a fourteen-year-old boy, Sathyaraju, into this sacred meditation. After twelve years of rigorous tapas, Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati appeared and blessed him to emerge as Shri Shivabalayogi Yogeshwara, lovingly known as Swamiji.

Swamiji initiated millions into Jangama Dhyana and passed this sacred technique to his disciple Srinivasa Dikshit, guiding him to Self-Realization and blessing him to emerge as Shri Shivarudra Balayogi Maharaj (Babaji). Today, Babaji continues the legacy of his Guru by spreading Jangama Dhyana all over the world.

By Divine Guru’s grace, I received the opportunity to learn Jangama Dhyana from my Divine Master, Shri Shivarudra Balayogi Maharaj, in 2009. Since then, I have been sincerely practicing Jangama Dhyana under his guidance.
